The Brief
A property management company needed a faster, smarter way to identify private landlords — people managing their own rentals who aren't yet working with an agency. The old approach was manual, slow, and left money on the table. We built the machine that does it at scale.

The platform needed to discover landlord listings across multiple sources, store and manage them in a structured CRM, and automatically generate a personalised, professional PDF proposal for each prospect — all without requiring a developer to maintain it.
