A website design for a boutique lodge, built to sell the escape before a word is read.
The brief was pure atmosphere. Accommodation is booked on feeling: someone sees a place, imagines themselves in it, and books. So the design opens cinematically, full-bleed imagery, a calm palette, and slow, generous pacing that lets the location do the work.
Underneath the mood, the structure is ruthlessly practical. Room types, rates and availability are clear, and the booking path is short and always in reach, because the moment someone decides they need a weekend away is the moment to capture it, not three clicks later.
Fully responsive with tuned image handling, so the large photography that carries the whole design loads fast on a phone. The result makes visitors want to stay before they've read a sentence.
