Here's what a real estate agency site looks like when we design it.
A website design for a property agency, built around the reality that real estate is sold with photography, the site's job is to get out of the way and let listings shine.
The brief was to make browsing homes feel effortless. Property sites usually fail in one of two directions: either they bury listings under navigation, or they present them in a cramped grid that makes every home look the same. We went the other way, large, full-bleed listing imagery with a layout that gives each property room to breathe.
Search and filtering are treated as primary features, not an afterthought, because a buyer who can't narrow to their budget and suburb in two taps leaves. Enquiry capture sits on every listing so interest converts the moment it appears rather than after a hunt for contact details.
The design is restrained by intention: a quiet palette and disciplined typography, so the only colour on the page comes from the homes themselves. Fully responsive, since most property browsing happens on a phone, on a couch, at night.
